NOTE: The money-back guarantee only applies to our GLP-1 weight loss treatments (not additional treatments such as TRT etc...)
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE 6-MONTH MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE?
In order to qualify for the 6-month money-back guarantee, members must meet the following requirements:
- Have joined the program after July 31st 2022 on a GLP-1 weight loss treatment
- Be a qualifying member for a minimum of 180 days since sign up
- Upload your medical form & labwork within 5 days of joining the program
- Take the medication every week as prescribed, and not have requested a refill in your 6th month of membership
- Track your weight on our web app in at least 21 of the first 26 weeks of your membership
- Have lost less than 5% of your starting body weight, with a starting BMI of 30 of above
This offer is not available to:
- Returning members
- Members who cancel before the end of their first 180 days (6 months) of membership
- Members who joined the program before July 31st 2022
NOTE: If you're on a plan that includes compounded medication, your 6-month money-back guarantee covers the full cost of your membership; including medication.
If you're on a plan with branded medication (e.g. via LillyDirect), your membership fee is refundable, but medication costs paid separately are not included in the refund, since those are paid directly to the pharmacy.

Members may request a refund for the 6-month guarantee in month 7, between 181 - 210 days after signup, please send an email to support@joinfella.com with your refund request.
CAN I ONLY GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER 6-MONTHS?
No! We understand that some times things just do not work out for our fellas.
If you encounter intolerable side effects and after working with our team are unable to continue with the medication, we will provide a pro-rated refund.
And if you are unable to begin treatment after the medical review, you can receive a full refund.
