Iʼm Dylan. I have lost 25 pounds in two months. Iʼm about to hit 40, and I really want to get myself to a place where I can build and maintain healthy habits, a healthy weight, and a healthy lifestyle thatʼs going to set me up for the rest of my life. You know, 25 pounds obviously, in two months, is pretty good. And thatʼs a combination, I think, of medication and a combination of just a different mindset, you know, really resetting how Iʼm thinking about the way that I eat when I am on a diet, or when I am, you know, doing exercise, when Iʼm trying to get back into shape. I look at that as another stress factor. And what I think Fella has sort of changed my paradigm on is, well, you know what? Itʼs not really another stress factor. Itʼs not rigid in the same way that a strict diet program or a strict exercise program is. Fella, for me, has been all about whatʼs achievable for you, what is the way that we can get you to your goals? And thatʼs not through, you know, never looking at or smelling a carb ever again. Itʼs not through getting you to run a marathon in two or three months. Itʼs by saying, hey, you know, how can we get you to eat a little bit healthier and how can we get you to be a little bit more active? And through those two things, combined with the medical component, Iʼve seen really big success early on. Itʼs incredible for me, like Iʼve never had this kind of success in such a short time period without feeling like I am absolutely killing myself in order to get there, and I do not feel like I am even really making any sacrifices at all.
