I know how to do the workout part, and thatʼs the easiest part for me. The hardest part for me was the diet part. Muhammad Hyder, I started the program in September 28 and since then, Iʼve lost 70 pounds. Iʼve actually hit the ones. Iʼve never been that in a long, long time, actually never in my adult life, to be honest with you. I feel good. Iʼm not killing myself. And the last few times when Iʼve hit that specific weight, I remember like I was miserable, in a sense of like I used to deplete myself. Iʼm like, just chugging so much water, and I wasnʼt eating right. And this time around, Iʼm eating right. Iʼm hitting my protein intakes. Iʼm enjoying the process the whole time. Obesity is a disease, legitimately, if you really look into it, itʼs very scary. But if you donʼt take control of it, itʼs gonna come in like haunt you further in life. You know, thatʼs the way I look at it. If you have the opportunity to nip it in the bud right here and right now, do it because your life is worth it.
