Justin Jones, a resident of Waco, Texas, has been participating in a weight loss program for three months and one week, shedding 55 pounds. Despite having tried numerous diets before, he found previous plans lacking in personalization and motivation. The program he joined, however, offers personalized coaching and a focus on psychological aspects, which he believes is crucial for long-term success. He credits his coach, Sean, for understanding his goals and providing the necessary support and motivation. Jones emphasizes that the program's success is not solely due to medication but also due to the personal touch and the effort he puts in, ensuring he won't revert to his old habits.
My name's Justin Jones, and I live in Waco, Texas, so I've been with Fella for three months and one week, and I am down 55 pounds. So what motivated me to start the program was I was bigger than I had ever been. I've done I couldn't tell you how many diets, how many different plans, things where they send you your own food, things where you only eat this. And I've been successful, successful where I've stayed on something for six weeks, and I'll lose good amount of weight, 3040, pounds, but then, like, it's hurry up and get back to eating, doing what I want to do, because there's no personal aspects to it. Was completely unsuccessful for me. And so through this, like, it's been completely different, through the coaching, and even, I think, through what motivated me to start the program overall Sean is he's he's been amazing from the onset of figuring out what I wanted, like, understanding what are my goals, I was able to say, Hey, this is what I want to do. It wasn't like I had to fit a certain framework. I'm super motivated. But times when I'm not giving me that extra push, checking in on my goals. Are you running? Are you going to the gym? And I think that's that's really the difference for me. All of the psychological stuff are present here, but you get the personal touch. You get to have a conversation with somebody, you get to meet somebody, you get to know about them, not to take anything away from the medication. But it's not a magic pill. You still got to make the right choice. But I think the other work that everybody does at Fella and everything is probably as or more important than that pill. The big thing for me is just, I'm not going back. And I think through all of this, I've learned the stuff I needed to learn to make sure that doesn't happen. And so that's, that's the big stuff.
