Navigating insurance can be confusing, so we've dedicated this section to answering your questions about insurance coverage and how it applies to Fella Health services. Here, we provide details on whether our program is covered by insurance, how to find out if your plan offers coverage, and what steps to take if you want to use your insurance for medications or treatments. We also explain what our team can do to help you work through the process of getting coverage or exploring alternatives if your insurance doesn't cover certain aspects of your treatment. You can use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for your Fella membership. We can also provide a super bill if needed. Note: some plans require a letter of medical necessity to qualify. Our medical team can assist you in this. If the funds available in your HSA or FSA accounts don't cover the entire amount, we can split payment between multiple cards.
